EU AI Act statement.
1. Purpose
Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “EU AI Act”) establishes harmonised rules for placing on the market, putting into service, and using artificial intelligence in the Union. This page provides high-level transparency for visitors to our website. It is not a conformity assessment, EU declaration of conformity, or product instruction for any specific AI system we deliver to customers; those matters are addressed under client contracts and applicable sector rules.
2. Our role
Depending on the engagement, we may act as a provider (developing or placing AI systems on the market), a deployer (using AI under our control), or support clients as technical supplier under their governance. The precise role is defined in each agreement.
3. Risk management and quality
We design and operate engineering processes with an emphasis on documentation, human oversight where appropriate, security, and monitoring - aligned with good practice under the AI Act framework. Specific risk class, obligations, and timelines depend on the system and deployment context.
4. Website and marketing
This public website may describe AI capabilities in general terms. Descriptive content is not itself an AI system within the meaning of the Act. Interactive features, if any, are configured to minimise personal data processing; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
