1. Data controller

2. Scope
This notice describes how we process personal data when you visit retrogradientlabs.com (or related marketing pages we operate), in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Maltese law. It does not replace contractual data processing terms agreed separately for client engagements or products.
3. Categories of data, purposes, and legal bases
We process the following categories of data for the purposes and on the legal bases indicated:
- Technical and usage logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages viewed): to operate, secure, and improve the website, legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), where not overridden by your rights; where analytics cookies are used, also consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) as described in our Cookie Policy.
